In his practice, he draws from his life’s adverse experiences to empower his patients with practical solutions. He has come from the school of hard knocks, overcoming many of life’s devastating life-altering experiences. But, as the phoenix rising from the ashes, Charles rose to share his ability to find resilience in a world where all face challenges from time to time.

Popov is eminently qualified as an expert in his field. He began to focus on his career at the age of seventeen when he joined the military as an enlisted person, had a break in service, and was commissioned as an officer. He served as a Battalion and Brigade Chaplain. Charles did two tours (twenty-seven months in Iraq) serving as Chaplain 3 battalions of army personnel. He eventually retired as a Major.
